* All services subject to cost of any necessary hardware or software. Minimum charge of 1 hour applies.
** There is no additional callout fee for clients within 10 miles (calculated using Google Maps Driving Directions). If outside of our 10 mile distance, callout fees are calculated based on the distance from our offices to the clients location at a cost of 40 pence per mile. Expenses such as parking charges will be added to the final invoice.
Payment Methods
There are several convenient ways you can pay your bill.

Cash |
Please provide the exact amount. Our technicians don't carry a cash float and are unable to provide change. Cash payment taken upon return of your computer. |
Cheque |
Cheques must be provided upon returning your computer or once an onsite visit is completed. Please make cheques payable to "SMG Computers". Cheque payment taken upon return of your computer. |
Credit or Debit Card |
Credit/Debit Card payments are taken using our secure paypal gateway and are subject to a 2.5% charge which is automatically calculated during checkout. Credit/Debit Card payments are taken prior to returning your computer. |
Bank Transfer [BACS] |
BACS payments can be made over the counter at your bank or through internet banking. We ask that BACS payments are made prior to returning your computer. BACS details are included on the invoice. |
Insurance
SMG Computers hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance, for both residential and business premises (excludes data loss - it is the customer's responsibility to backup important data).

VAT
SMG Computers are not VAT registered.
